I never get tired of using my vintage tool caddy
for decorating our farmhouse table.
From season to season and from holiday to holiday
it has never let me down.
As you can see, last year I filled it with heirloom pumpkins and traditional fall gourds.
This year I thought I'd switch things up a bit
and add some apples, a huge favorite
in my house this time of year.
I also used some small pumpkins, moss balls
and other natural filler that I've used
throughout the year and it ended up
looking just the way I like it.
Quintessential fall.
From this angle you can see my
most recent DIY "EAT" sign
I'll be sharing with you later.
In addition to fall, this old toolbox has served as a Christmas centerpiece,

as well as a Spring centerpiece filled with moss "rocks,"
moss balls and other natural filler elements.
Right now I'm happy to see it on our table filled with the colors of fall.
Who knows what you'll find in it once Christmas rolls around again?

I love this decor. I am so into the natural decor this year but I do add a little gold to the mix. Got to have the gold. LOL
I love this look -- very appropriate for fall! :)
What a pretty Fall display! Love those old tool trays - so versatile and can dressed up or down.
I sent a lot of my Fall decor home with my daughter, so need to see what I have left to work with.
Enjoy your weekend!
Very pretty, Kathleen! I love all the natural elements you added to your tool caddy, added throughout the seasons! It's such a versatile piece and looks fabulous on your table!
Your tool caddy is wonderful in it's place of honor. They are so great to use for any occasion and I love the printing on the side of yours. It looks good enough to eat!..Happy Weekend..Judy
