Simple Rustic Christmas Centerpiece

This Christmas I've chosen to simplify things. And by that I mean
incorporating more natural, rustic elements into my Christmas décor. I've always loved decorating with greens, and this year is no different.

Last year I went all out and decorated my vintage toolbox, filling it with greens, pine cones, ornaments and poinsettias.

This year I decided to fill my faux vintage European dough bowl as our farmhouse table centerpiece. I purposely used less greens, and chose to let the faux snow take center stage.

A few berry sprigs and pine cones round out the display, along with two cream colored candles.

The simple burlap table runner adds to the rustic elegance.

In addition to the dough bowl, you can see how I created a much more elaborate greens arrangement in my galvanized French flower bucket. I might even have one more very unique greens display up my sleeve to show you before Christmas day. But even if I don't get to that I'll be okay since I was very happy with my rustic Christmas farmhouse table centerpiece.

So elegant, yet so simple. I didn't do anything with my dough bowl this year, but I'm sure feeling inspired now.

I love the rustic look you use. I think we'll plant some winter greenery this year so I can use it to decorate!
