Retro Valentine's Day Charm Bracelet and Some Deep Thoughts

January 26, 2015

retro Valentine charm bracelet

There's a new item in my Etsy shop today: a fun, retro vintage
Valentine's charm bracelet, for you or someone you love!
It's only $8.00 so be sure to check it out.

I'm sure some of you are saying, "Etsy shop? Since when has she had an
Etsy shop?" Well, I've actually had one for five years or so. It's the reason I
started this blog in the first place. But somewhere along the way the blog's
focus moved from vintage jewelry to DIY and home décor. And that's ok. But I
really hope I haven't alienated some of my early followers, who I'm sure chose
to follow me because they thought this would be a jewelry-related blog.

So much life has gotten in the way this past year that my jewelry-making really
came to a proverbial standstill. But I'm hoping 2015 will be a better year all
around in terms of my creativity both on the blog and in my studio where
I create vintage treasures.

Just as I have loads of DIY and home décor project ideas swirling around
in my head at any given time, I usually have some jewelry ideas floating
around in there as well.

Vintage St. Therese of Lisieux Charm Necklace

What that means is that I'm going to try and work equally hard at my jewelry
making as I have at the DIY/home decor aspects of my life. And from time to
time I'll be sharing those jewelry creations with you. I hope that's ok with those
die-hard DIY/home décor fans (you know who you are). I can't say how often,
but I'm sure it won't be enough to change the current nature of
Charm Bracelet Diva {at Home} and the blog it's become.

So I hope you'll stick around for the ride.

Until next time,

Looking forward to seeing more of your jewelry creations.
On a bit of a break right now, but hope to be back making jewelry and posting again in the very near future.

Beautiful creations Kathleen. Jewelry, home decor, I enjoy all of your creative idea. My poor Etsy shop has been so ignored too even though I'm making something on a daily basis. We need a staff!!
