I'm a sucker for all kinds of scalloped decor -- whether it be trays, baskets or lamp shades, you name it -- I'm a fan! I'm just not a fan of the high price tags.  

To the contrary, I've come up with a way to circumvent some of those exorbitant prices -- with my DIY high end scalloped trinket tray.
