Welcome to Dollar Tree Treasures #39! Dollar Tree stores are a great go-to spot for many DIY home decor enthusiasts on a budget. 

Stick around while I share my Dollar Tree insider knowledge with you as I find new and noteworthy Dollar Tree items that you, too, can use to beautify your home. 

I know not all Dollar Tree stores carry the same merchandise at the same time. Even so, it's my hope that what you read about here in my Dollar Tree Treasures posts will inspire you to keep an eye out for similar items that you can use in your own home or as part of your own DIY decor projects.  

Being a sucker for anything fall, I "fell" hard for this Scotch Brite  "Leafy Clean" scrub sponge. I mean, how cute is that?  

Knowing me I'll just use it as a pop of fall color displayed on the kitchen counter!   

They also had this pack of three Pop Up Sponges that were sporting colorful fall designs. I've never used pop up sponges but have always wanted to try them. Do you have any experience with these?

Then I almost lost it when I saw this pumpkin mug. 

While I was tempted to buy multiples, I restrained myself and only bought one. Which is saying a lot for me.

I could tell it was quality made, and then bam -- I found it at Target online for $16.00. I'll take my $1.25  pumpkin mug, thank you! They were literally the same.

I also found this adorable skeleton plate that worked perfectly as the pumpkin mug's saucer. It's also something cute to display on its own. Too cute. And again, for $1.25, I have absolutely no complaints. 

Lastly, one item not related to fall decor. I could not believe when I found this ornate gold-ish mirror, hiding in the frames section. Granted, the mirror frame is made of lightweight plastic. But who needs to know that?

Its style matches some other mirrors already displayed throughout my home, like this Anthropologie Gleaming Primrose Mirror Dupe on the living room mantel. 

It also mirrors (get it?) another gilded ornate tabletop mirror that currently sits on my bedroom mantel.

The back of the Dollar Tree mirror even has a removable piece of cardboard like you would see on the back of a picture frame, so if you prefer you can use it as a frame for favorite prints or pictures!

If I ever decide it needs a glow up, I can easily add some Rub 'n Buff and give it a punch of brighter gold.
